Our Story
Sauna Club Co started with a simple idea: recovery shouldn't be a solo chore squeezed in before or after the gym — it should be something people actually look forward to. What began as a small group of friends taking turns in a single backyard sauna grew into the idea for a dedicated space where heat, cold, and community could live under one roof.
Today, our Wheat Ridge studio is built around that same idea — real saunas, real cold plunges, and a hot tub, all designed for people to move through together. Whether you're here for a quick reset after work or a slower Sunday session with friends, we built this place so Wheat Ridge locals always have somewhere close by to unwind.

Heading to Sauna Club Co from I-70? Take the Kipling exit south, hang a left at Winchell's Donuts, and keep going past Dairy Queen — you'll spot us on the left, just before New Image Brewing Company.
